Thomas E. Sagehorn, P.E. started our company in 1974 with a primary business focus of structural and purchase-sale transaction inspections. Today, EEI provides an extensive array of services, including failure analysis investigations and firehouse design.
Damon Sagehorn has been actively involved in American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) for many years and was the Local Chapter President in 2000. He is a Certified Code Inspector, Haag Certified Residential and Commercial Inspector and is a Licensed Lead Risk Assessor. Damon is also active with the St. Louis Association of Realtor's. Neil Otto holds a National E.I.F.S. inspector certification and is a member of the Exterior Design Institute. Neil is also a Certified Code Inspector.
